Item Availability
All items limited to one per customer. Some items will be subject to drawings, the
drawing determines who gets to purchase the item. If needed, tickets will be handed
out before the top of the hour. At the top of the hour, the first number drawn gets
their choice of one item available in that department, for that hour. The ticket
goes back in, and new number drawn for next item choice until all items are gone.
We reserve the right to change rules as we see fit, our sale, our rules!
We reserve the right to limit drawing tickets & the method that best speeds up the
process, and any advertised merchandise! No refunds or price adjustments on previously
purchased items. Regular prices may reflect list prices.Clothing items are broken in sizes *Some display items *No layaways or rain checks

Firearms Paperwork
Pre-fill out your 4473 gun paperwork online ahead of time for faster processing at
www.griggsonline.com
*Guns sold are subject to Federal and State laws for background checks and will not
be released until they are completed, payment & paperwork must be completed during
the hour of the drawing. Background checks may not be done after 9 pm, so they will
be done on the 24th. We will contact you when gun approval has been received.
